Checking in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff, and our room was conveniently located near the center, train station, and Pun garden.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was sensational with porridge and tea/ coffee, for instance and frequently replenished. The hotel had a marvellous and brilliant location close enough to walk to the port.

I liked sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious for what was on offer, with porridge and tea/coffee, for instance.The room was tastefully decorated and well-kept with views of Snowdonia, everything was lovely.The location was particularly good - right by the railway station, bus stop, mountains, Tesco supermarket, and a host of other famous shops.

The bar served plenty of meals for breakfast. The location was great and brilliant, next to the railway station and bus stops and the town centre in Porthmadog and easily accessible. The room was immaculate and bright, we would stay here again.
